In close cooperation with our client Sobi™(www.sobi.com) we are now searching for a dedicated person to assume the position as S:r International Marketing Director Speciality Care.

The role

As S:r International Marketing Director Speciality Care you will be placed at the Sobi global HQ in Solna/Stockholm and report directly to the Vice President Speciality Care and have team of four International Brand Directors as direct reports. You will be part of the global Speciality Care HQ Team. Specialty Care Commercial responsibilities spans over both own MAH product such as Kineret and Orfadin as well as Xiapex, Ravicti and other Partner Products.

Key responsibilities

– Leading Brand Directors

Develop and implement strategies for the Global and EMENAR markets in collaboration with Brand Directors

Consolidate global voice through gathering input from the commercial team members, particularly to help shape short term strategies to the Global Brand Plan

Articulate regional and local requirements and ensure the Global Brand Plan meets the local affiliate needs

Develop objectives and key performance indicators that are regularly updated and communicated

In collaboration with other internal functions identify and interact with Key Opinion Leaders

 

– Strategic alignment between global/local

Monitor activities and spending to ensure appropriate use of resources

Give guidance and appropriate input for accurate forecasting. Follow-up on forecasting

Create a best practice sharing culture between functions and markets

Stimulate and encourage the organization to seek new creative solutions to business challenges and opportunities.

 

– Projects and Processes

Build business cases for LCM opportunities. Multi stakeholder project management (matrix), delivering results on time and within budget

Drive cross portfolio projects to optimize business and processes according to needs

Lead ad hoc projects to support business and improvements of processes

 

– Partners

  • Collaborate with Partners in defined projects.

Desired experience

Required: Minimum 10 years of experience within a marketing/commercial role in the Pharmaceutical Industry. P&L responsibilities for at least 3 years within life science sector.

Desired: Substantial experience in an international position in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Specialty medicine/orphan disease team leadership experience
