Nu söker en av våra vår uppdragsgivare, ett europeiskt ledande och snabbväxande läkemedelsföretag med svenskt huvudkontor i Stockholm, en senior och driven Territory Manager inom Specialty Care med stort vetenskapligt intresse.

Job Description:

In this role you have the freedom to create new ways to cooperate with your customers and make a difference to improve patients’ lives, in addition to traditional product presentations and discussions at important clinics.

You have the opportunity to combine a solid scientific background with your highly effective communication skills in order to inform the Health Care Professionals (HCPs) about our products within rare diseases with lung involvement and to help them create added value for the patients.

To set up and implement activities you closely cooperate with your sales, medical and marketing colleagues: as a team you contribute to the success of Boehringer Ingelheim.

This is a field based role and requires extensive travelling in the whole country. Preferred city of residence is within the Stockholm area.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a cross-functional agreed account plan and achieve defined product sales and market share objectives for the assigned territory

  • Develop pre- and post-call plans to meet Health Care Professionals (HCPs) needs, to build discussion around their needs and opportunities

  • Foster HCP network development and communication with accurate and timely follow-up discussions

  • Identify, develop and call on external experts to build strategic partnerships through projects and activities, working with trained speakers on defined topics and projects and managing programs and budgets according to account plan

  • Utilize e-tools in driving its business efficiently and effectively

  • Comply with company policy, procedures and rules, performing all company business in accordance with the local and EU regulations

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Master degree in Life Sciences, preferably with focus on Pharmaceutics

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Extensive knowledge in Immunology and/or Rheumatology is a plus

  • Excellent command of the Swedish and English language

  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sweden (incl. overnight)

  • Good knowledge and use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications

  • You are able to prioritize your work, and drive execution excellence through discipline and collaboration

  • Together with your customers you come up with innovative ideas to respond to changing markets

  • You serve the needs of customers and patients by turning innovative ideas into business results
