Business Excellence Manager
On behalf of Allergan, we are looking for a Business Excellence Manager. The position is based at the Nordic headquarters in Stockholm.
In the role as Business Excellence Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Business Intelligence (BI). You work closely with the country manager and the business area directors in the process of developing, establishing and implementing the strategies for CRM, SFE and BI. Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for our “CRM super users” and be responsible for the training of our sales teams. You will work together across the EU and, together with your EU colleagues, support the overall BE plan. In the role as Business Excellence Manager, you are part of the Nordic and Swedish management team, you have staff responsibility and you work purposefully to establish and support the implementation of a successful BE process.
To succeed in the role as Business Excellence Manager, you should have genuine understanding, burning interest and be operationally experienced in business/business development. Furthermore, you must be able to influence at different levels of the organization. Key personal attributes are: self-starter, independent, self-propelled and passionate, manifested as “Hands-on executional (80%) and strategic (20%)”. It is important that you are able to drive, optimize and/or develop the business successfully, why creativity and innovation are valuable qualities. Other key features are ability to influence, effective communication, establishing relationships, initiatives & responsibility, attention to detail, methodological and well-organized as well as good ability in terms of analysis and judgment.
Skills you are likely to possess:
- Strong experience from CRM, SFE and BI
- Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Office products
- Project management experience, ability to prioritize and great performance in a matric environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
A suitable background is a university degree in, for example, business administration, finance and/or information systems, etc. as well as many years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry in roles such as sales manager, business area responsible or from a previous/similar role in sales operations, sales force excellence or commercial excellence.
