H&P Search & Interim AB is a company with substantial experience in recruitment (Search) as well as placing consultants (Interim). Our focus is 100 percent on Life Sciences in the Nordic region: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and related industries.
We have a broad network of contacts and a keen awareness of changes in the market. Our employees themselves have medical, natural science and economic backgrounds, as well as great experience in leadership at all levels.
H&P Search & Interim AB was formed at the start of 2015 when Gabrielle Hultman and Ann-Katrin Broman, both experienced recruitment consultants, merged with Johan Walde, former Business Area Director at Pfizer AB.

Johan Walde
Recruitment & Staffing Manager, CEO
Master of Political Science, Major in International Business Administration. He has previously worked as a manager and director in the pharmaceutical industry, in sales & marketing, business development, market access, pricing and tender, pharmacy and distribution, etc.
Torbjörn Ströberg
Recruitment & Staffing Manager
M.Sc. in Biotechnology & Ph.D. studies in medical virology. He was previously employed as business area manager, recruitment and staffing in Life Sciences, business area manager in Medtech, manager and director of sales and business development in the CRO industry, as well as a number of positions in sales & marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he is chairman of the board.
Nina Fredriksson
Staffing and Recruitment Manager
Marketing specialist DIHM. She has been working in recruitment and with interim assignments in Life Sciences since 2015. She has an additional 20 years of experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry in various positions in sales & marketing, including personnel management.
Karin Tomin
Recruitment & Staffing Manager
M.Sc. in Medical Biology and PhD i medical science, with focus on tumor immunology. Active within inom recrutiment and staffing within Life Science since 2018. Before that several years experience from sales of lab- and diagnostics products in global companies.
Catharina Bergold
Recruitment & Staffing Manager
M Sc Pharmacy. More than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in regulatory, life cycle management, pricing & tender and market access in managerial positions. Active in recruitment in Life Science since 2016.
Leif Olsson
Recruitment & Staffing Manager
BSc in Business and Economics (civ.ec), MBA in Business Development and Entrepreneurship. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1989 and in several managerial positions in primarily sales & marketing. Since 2003, he has run his own staffing company in the health sector, and up until 2016 he was a partner in a pharmaceutical company dealing with the treatment of immunological diseases.
Teresia Lönn
Staffing and Recruitment Manager
Master of Political Science, Major in Political Science from Linköpings University. More than 20 years experience from från the pharmaceutical industry within Marketing and Sales, the last ten years in leadership roles ledande roller as Franchise Head, Nordic Team Lead, Sales Manager and Brand Manager.
