Should you wish to convert the temporary position into a permanent position, we can reformulate the contract to that effect after a certain period of time, if that is what both parties desire.

As a consultant at H&P Search & Interim, you can either be permanently employed or employed on a contractual basis. Our employment conditions are generous and fully comparable to those that you would have as a permanent employee at one of our assignment companies. It is also important for us to find good and dynamic work places for our employees. If you would rather work as a sub-contractor from within your own company then this is equally fine with us.

As a candidate for one of our assignments, you will be provided with ongoing information, both about the position’s specifications and also about the progress you are making as the applicant. We of course adhere to a strict confidentiality policy and will only show your CV to potential employers with your prior approval.
