Maybe you are in the process of recruiting a candidate you have received on recommendation and you want to be sure that you really have found the right person for the role. In such cases, a good option can be to contact us for a second opinion by way of interviews and tests.

How well does the person suit the position you are recruiting for?

In order to answer this question, we carry out structured, competence based interviews with the candidate.  These are based on the key competencies which you (preferably together with us) identified for the intended position.  The interviews are then complemented with the personality and/or aptitude tests that are appropriate for the position’s complexity and specifications.  We provide feedback with a comprehensive report which gives you good grounds to make a decision for the next stage.  If necessary, we also carry out background checks.  These are usually reserved for senior positions which carry greater responsibility.
