The Nordic Haematology Team at Sobi are looking for a Nordic Sales Manager Haematology to assume a leading role in execution of the strategy for our highly specialized haematology portfolio of medicines designed for people living with rare bleeding disorders.

Key Responsibilities
Support excellence in account planning and in the tactical execution of Nordic commercial activities in haematology, focusing on our key brands Elocta and Alprolix in haemophilia management and the launch of Doptelet for severe thrombocytopenia.
Line manage the Haematology KAM team in accordance with Sobi values. Set objectives and sales targets and be responsible for the personal development and overall well-being of the KAM team in Haematology.
Provide on the ground coaching and training support for KAM team and input into the training programme for the cross functional Haematology team. Be responsible for leading sales team meetings/ calls.
Monitor and analyze patient uptake, sales data and territory performance, developing a plan to address any issues and capture opportunities identified through this analysis. Communicate findings and plans internally.
Responsible for demand forecasting and managing local supply of haematology products, based on sales performance and plans.
Responsibility for effective use of Veeva CRM and CLM as support tools for KAM operations and represent the affiliate in interactions with the HQ Sales Force Effectiveness team.
Responsible for implementing new sales effectiveness initiatives incl. measuring value, impact, and return on investment in KAM resource and ensuring effective use of Nordic territory budgets.
Contribute to brand teams to help define and deliver the overall commercial strategy plans annually, ensuring KAM commercial requirements are fully represented in the development of Sobi strategy.
Spend up to 50% of work time in the field supporting the team and interacting with key customers.
About you
Qualifications
University Degree level or equivalent education – commercial based educational background is preferable
At least 5 years of prior pharmaceutical commercial management experience within secondary care, working across the Nordic countries
Previous experience working within Haemophilia/ Haematology is desirable.
Rare disease or highly specialized care experience also a plus
Excellent working knowledge of the EFPIA code within a field force environment
Previous training and coaching experience. Certification is a plus
Knowledge of the Nordic health systems and decision-making processes
Recent pre-launch and launch experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical tendering processes and delivery of pharmaceutical value stories would be advantageous
Responsibility and experience in monitoring OPEX (expenditures) to agreed targets
Working effectively on gathering and presenting competitive intelligence
Sales analysis, planning and forecasting
Fluent in English; both verbal and written and one Scandinavian language
Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Powerpoint. U
