You have a unique opportunity to take an active part in building something brand new. Our client is a European pharmaceutical company, in the process of setting up its business in the Nordics, preparing for the launch of a ground-breaking new treatment for people suffering from treatment resistant epilepsy.
We are now searching for two Key Account Managers Epilepsy. One will be responsible for the southern part of Sweden and one for central and northern Sweden.
About the role
You will be planning, leading and executing the launch of a new and differentiated treatment for people suffering from treatment resistant epilepsy in your territory.
The Key Account Manager Epilepsy (KAM Epilepsy) is the CEO of his/her territory. You will be responsible for cultivating and managing a business territory through cross-functional coordination and promotional efforts to drive optimal local market access for patients and demand for the company´s products.
As KAM Epilepsy you drive key account management and stakeholder relationships: achieve short term results as well as develop and nurture long-term relationships between the company, the account and its key stakeholders.
You will help to identify opportunities to increase patient outcome within the current customer base as well as find new customer prospects across the epilepsy community.
You will work closely with Medical & Marketing colleagues and other support personnel to coordinate HCP education on the company’s products.
As KAM Epilepsy you will also lead the local market access efforts in your territory, in close collaboration with the Market Access Director.
You have minimum one year of field experience from a similar role within pharma.
Your can do-mindset is the most important, far more important than your number of years of experience.
You are flexible: Your success needs to be proven before AND during Covid-19.
You are comfortable with working in a digital way as well as ”live”.
You possess excellent listening skills also in a digital setting.
You have a true patient focus.
Your way of working is Collaborative: in your day-to-day work you will collaborate closely with the e g Field Medical Manager and Market Access Director.
You are a self-starter who are also able to run your administrative tasks well.
You are well acquainted with the country compliance rules and regulations.
It is a plus if you also have:
Fresh launch experience from a specialty field.
Experience from neurology or epilepsy and a relevant stakeholder network.
Local/regional market access understanding.
Experience from working as a true Key Account Manager, who understands and acts on all the influencers´ specific roles in the decision process.
