Sales Lead, Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway)

This is what you will do:
The Sales Lead, Nordics will supervise the sales activities and manage the Regional account managers (RAM) in the Nordics region to ensure that corporate targets are achieved for the assigned portfolio. The Sales Lead will ensure strong execution of promotional activities at local level in full respect of corporate policies, regulations, and ethical rules.
You will be responsible for:
- Management, coaching and performance of the Sales team in the Nordics region
- Provide continuous and structured “on the field/remote coaching” to ensure excellence in external stakeholder’s engagement
- Maintain active communication with the field to better understand needs, issues, and opportunities
- Working closely with cross functional colleagues in marketing, medical affairs, market access and other departments to understand and meet the needs of our customers
- Support Sales Force’s execution of promotional events
- Support local market access activities when needed in close partnership with the Market access lead and cross-functional team
- In collaboration with the other field functions establish a strong key account management plan for both markets
- Driving assigned key strategic projects for the Nordics markets
- Implementing strong national strategic planning capabilities within the sales team and monitoring of established KPIs, reach, frequency through captured activities in the CRM
- Support the digital transformation by closely collaborating with the dedicated functions and supporting the change management initiatives
- Support in sales forecasting activities
You will need to have:
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in selling hospital drugs, preferably in niche markets / orphan drugs
- Excellent knowledge of Regional/local regulations in the pharmaceutical industry in the Nordics
- Strong key account management experience
- Previous experience in direct or indirect management of human resources
We would prefer for you to have:
- Expertise in orphan drugs
- Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical hand-on execution and a high work capacity
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build working relations both internally and externally
- Experience in working in a dynamic, lean environment
