Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Responsibility
  • Drive and implement all digital activities globally including Amazon
  • Drive brand website globally and implement new ideas
  • Marketing
  • Contribute to all marketing and sales activities globally
  • Planning and graphic design/development of promotion material
  • Coordinating and booking of exhibition stands in meeting and conferences
  • (WordPress)
  • Maintenance and update according to QMS
  • Main responsible for contact with web agency
  • Google Ads/activities to support online sales
  • Google Analytics
  • Commercial quality issues (Change Control) related to labelling/artwork
  • Forecast updates based on distributor forecasts and sales
  • Sales Support
  • Be pro active in collaboration between US/SE
  • Sharing of available promotional materials, images, TVC, web page content, etc. to distributor’s
  • Support in developing presentations in PowerPoint
  • Admin/office support (mobiles, invoices, agreements, DHL, etc.)

Education, work experience and personal profile:

  • Education/Experience:
  • Degree from University
  • At least 3 years of experience from consumer health. Digital experience is an advantage
  • Language Ability:
  • Swedish and English
  • Computer Skills:
  • Very good computer skills
  • Very good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Profile:
  • Flexible mindset to take new tasks onboard
  • Collaboration skills for cross functional work
  • Proactive mindset and self-driven personality
