Sobi’s Stakeholder Communication, Digital and Sustainability Team exists to enable and drive excellence in strategic stakeholder communication, digital innovation, and sustainability performance, with the purpose of Sobi becoming a leader in rare diseases and a company of choice.
To strengthen this team further, Sobi is recruiting a Global Stakeholder Communication Manager in close collaboration with H&P Search & Interim.
The Global Stakeholder Communication Manager has a broad and multifaceted job managing a range of communication activities. These include a passion for writing to create content for various Sobi communication channels, including sobi.com, LinkedIn (jointly with HR) and internal channels, an element of global media relations, including drafting English and reviewing Swedish press releases and annual report content and writing and coordination/management with external design/production agency. The new colleague also acts as Swedish-speaking contact to Nasdaq issuer surveillance as well as works collaboratively with the rest of the Team on other responsibilities as needed, e.g., project management, employee town-hall meetings etc.
Key Responsibilities/Scope of the Job
(Including, but not limited to the following)
- Agile and professional writing to create content for various Sobi communication channels, including sobi.com and internal channels. Joint ownership of Sobi’s LinkedIn presence with the HR department.
- Global media relations, including drafting English and reviewing Swedish press releases, outreach around quarterly results, media outreach in general as well as incoming inquiries about Sobi.
- Content, writing and coordination/project management with external design/production agency for the Sobi annual and sustainability report.
- Depending on the candidate, also other relevant responsibilities in a global communication function, e.g. project management, employee town-hall meetings, etc.
Some travelling will be possible/required to company sites and external stakeholders.
Position Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience/Work Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business, science or another relevant subject. Work experience from corporate communications in general, including preferably writing/journalism, media relations, corporate affairs, annual report work and/or investor relations
Desired: Work experience from multiple countries. Life science/pharma experience a strong plus
Skills/Knowledge/Languages
Required: Perfect in written and spoken Swedish, fluent in written English
Desired: Digital content management

Location
Preferably based in Stockholm. Regular but not daily office presence required.
