The purpose of the Global Publication Manager Haematology is to manage publication activities in the Haematology therapeutic area, including publication planning and execution of head quarter (HQ) and affiliate-driven publications, the alignment with partner companies within the Joint Publication Teams.
Key responsibilities
Lead Global Haematology Publication activities, including
- Management of Sobi HQ-driven publications
- HQ Support of Affiliate publications
- Management of the Sobi review of draft abstracts, posters and manuscripts originating from the partners joint publication activities
- Significant knowledge in publication development and management
- Role model the highest scientific and ethical standards, and work in accordance with applicable rules and regulations with regards to scientific communication activities
- Interact cross-functionally, as well as with local affiliate offices and partner companies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in publication management
- Masters degree in Life Sciences or relevant other medical degree, PhD is an advantage
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs/Scientific Communications/Clinical or Preclinical Sciences etc.)
- Experience in Haematology/Immunology is preferred
- Ability to develop and accurately evaluate and analyse medical/scientific publications and literature
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Location
For this position flexible locations can be considered, however Stockholm or Basel-area is an advantage.
