As the Head of Commercial Nordics, you report to the General Manager Nordics. Your exceptional communication skills provide a solid understanding of how to manage effective customer relationships and negotiations in an environment with ongoing consolidation and regulatory changes. You are a visionary who brings strategic opportunities to fruition, generating positive pressure to create solutions, and raising awareness and adoption of the products and services in key hospital/healthcare systems.

KEY RESULT AREAS & MAIN DUTIES

Sales

As Head of Commercial Nordics, you are responsible for the local KAM strategy as well as 

Leading the KAM team in the implementation of the marketing/ sales activities, including the implementation of most effective segmentation and targeting. Together with the Tender & Market Access Manager you also focus on securing market access on National, Regional and Local level.

You identify new/untapped hospital/healthcare system opportunities and drive profitable revenue within these accounts by initiating, developing, and delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer and patient experiences

Seek to expand business opportunities by bringing high-level knowledge, insights, relationships, and strategies to enhance the company value proposition, provide insights back to the organization to support understanding of customer needs, and analyze sales and market trends to effectively identify future business opportunities.

Marketing

As Head of Commercial Nordics, you lead the Product Manager role to ensure high impact marketing material and activities that supports the commercial and medical strategy. You ensure continuous development of marketing activities in line with corporate objectives and strategies and lead the development and implementation of strategic business and marketing plans, securing and expanding sales / profitability, developing strategies to strengthen the market position for the assigned product areas.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Executive sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceutical business
  • Executive-level business and financial acumen, experienced in negotiating system-wide contracts and product preference strategies within hospital systems
  • Proven and documented track record of meeting or exceeding hospital/healthcare system sales goals/objectives
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills and preferably good understanding of some of the other Nordic languages

You have advanced interpersonal skills, personal confidence to interact across a wide range of cultures and levels and strong work ethic with high levels of resilience. You are confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented with a strong ethical compass with ability to good judgement when acting alone. Location is the Nordic Head Office in Stockholm.
