KEY RESULT AREAS & MAIN DUTIES

You deeply understand the Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian purchasing and tender system both on national and regional/local level. You monitor healthcare and political environment, competitive landscape and changes, advise on actions to address national, regional and local threats and opportunities and evaluate and anticipate impact of local policy changes on price developments. 

You initiate approval and assessment process for national price setting and price changes and support preparation, submission, and follow-up on local reimbursement dossiers, where required, develop Market Access strategies and core pricing & access deliverables, perform payer strategic planning, and execute local pricing and access strategies. You identify key institutional stakeholders, build stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy, and develop relationship with identified stakeholders and institutional buyers. You monitor and identify relevant upcoming and expected tender opportunities and develop pricing business cases proactively and systematically. 

You manage end-to-end bidding process and administration, ensure readiness and accuracy of tender information as well as timely preparation and submission of the tender offer considering the specific tender modalities. You lead the work with external expert agencies if necessary to fulfill the market access and tender outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

·        Progressive experience in Nordic bio/pharmaceutical environment, broad experience in the field of Tender management and Market Access function

  • Strong cross functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to align interests of multiple parties and to be adaptable in a quickly evolving area of the business
  • Full proficiency in Swedish and English (further knowledge in Scandinavian languages is appreciated)

You have advanced interpersonal skills, personal confidence to interact across a wide range of cultures and levels and strong work ethic with high levels of resilience. You are confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented and have a strong ethical compass with ability to good judgement when acting alone. Location is the Nordic Head Office in Stockholm.
