At H&P Search & Interim, we have been very successful in finding & delivering assignments in all our focus areas since our start in 2015. This last year, 2019, has been fantastic: we have continued our growth further as well as employed more staff and consultants. To meet the increased expectations and expand our business and offerings, we want to expand with even more sales and delivery power as well as knowledge from the industry. Recruitment & Staffing Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a business minded and creative Recruitment & Staffing Manager to support the expansion of our business. You will work with recruitment and temporary staffing in parallel. As a Recruitment & Staffing Manager you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and to find the right talents for the assignments you work on. Finding new customers as well as managing existing clients is a top priority for you!  You will look after your own consultants, making sure they deliver top-quality services as well as develop themselves accordingly. You will always work in teams and cross-functionally with your colleagues in H&P Search & Interim. You will report to the CEO of H&P Search & Interim.

Who are you?

You have a relevant academic degree and extensive experience (+10 years) from working in the life science industry. To be successful in this role it is important that you have an outgoing personality, experience from hiring and a general interest in doing business. You are a great communicator, possess strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and you are able to create and nurture strong relationships and facilitate meetings in a professional manner. Quality is a keyword for you. Having experience from both the pharmaceutical industry as well as the medtech industry and/or the healthtech industry, is a merit.

You are a team-player who finds it important to share your ideas and experience with your colleagues to develop the company and its business. You inspire others through your commitment and passion for your work. The position is based in Stockholm and some traveling across the Nordics may occur.
