H&P Search & Interim is looking for a global Head of HR for a very reputable consulting company in global pharmaceutical development.
Our client is a leading global drug development consultancy working with small as well as large, multi-national pharmaceutical companies. They provide clients with strategic advice and operational support to get great medicines to market. With offices in key locations across the US and Europe, our client offers a range of professional drug development consulting services that spans from early development phase to lifecycle management of a medicinal product.
They offer advice and support across the complete lifecycle of a drug, to ensure optimal regulatory outcomes in Europe and the US, as well as achieving the right price in key markets. The position is based in Stockholm, but includes regular international trips to customers, congresses and other offices.
Are you the right person to launch new, strategically important, global HR initiatives in a growing company with an international atmosphere? We offer you a role in which you, along with international teams of consultants and managers develop both our organization and business. As global Head of HR you will continue the work to create an HR function that corresponds to the need to support an organization with line managers, support managers and employees with different geographical and cultural backgrounds. It is about building common structures for staff, finding synergies between the offices and identifying any need for a local set up. You will be responsible for the continual development of the company’s HR strategies and processes and provide critical support to managers and management to achieve agreed business objectives together. The company is set to continue its expansion, which means that recruitment and strategic competence management and development are focus areas. As global Head of HR you will report to the CEO and be part of the global management team.
We are looking for someone who thrives on the strategic level, but also likes to take on operational issues when necessary to achieve our business objectives. It is important that you are inspired by the international atmosphere and find ways to be present at a distance. The person we are looking for has long experience as HR Generalist / HR Manager in a business-driven, international environment. You have an academic degree in the field, or equivalent qualifications. Direct experience from the life science industry and / or working in a consulting organization is an advantage. Management experience is also a plus. Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required to succeed in this role.
