Vi söker en Medical Advisor/Medicinsk rådgivare för att arbeta inom diabetes hos Sanofi, ett välrenommerat globalt läkemedelsföretag med kontoret placerat i Stockholm.
Som Medical Advisor kommer du att ha det medicinska och vetenskapliga ansvaret och leda och utveckla de medicinska strategierna inom diabetesområdet. Att leda arbetet med advisory boards, samarbetet med KOLs och arbeta med digitala lösningar, Integrated Care, samt Real World Evidence är viktiga ansvarsområden.
Tjänsten är bred och du kommer att vara involverad i tvärfunktionella sammanhang där samarbetet i Brand Team och Market Access är av stor vikt.
Du bör vara PhD inom terapiområdet, alternativt läkare med specialistkompetens inom diabetes/endokrinologi, allmänmedicin eller epidemiologi.

Rollen
Identify, develop and maintain collaboration with current and future KOLs within the diabetes therapeutic area (TA).
Identify and interact with other local opinion leaders and HCPs to help generate product portfolio insights and when relevant guide them on the optimal use of our product.
Take responsibility and arranging scientific advisory boards, projects and other relevant activities with HCPs/Payers.
Implement digital solutions for meetings and implement integrated care.
Participate in relevant congresses, symposia and other meetings and provide feedback to the rest of the organization.
Work closely with the Market Access process in medical/scientific matters.
Participate in budgeting and strategy planning in the scope of the area. Responsibility for Medical Strategic Plans and implementation/execution.
Develop evidence generation projects for Diabetes for the diabetes community.
Keeping up-to-date with the relevant clinical activities and support and facilitate desired clinical trials in cooperation with CSU Medical.
Conduct medical trainings to internal needs (employee education) as well as to external needs (doctors, specialists etc.).
Check external promotional material for medical and scientific accuracy
Ensure a high ethical standard and legal compliance related to medico-marketing activities in line with National Guidelines and Legislation and Group Policies
Actively support corporate policies, values, and initiatives
Person profile and required skills and qualifications
Relevant scientific background (PhD, PharmD, MD)
Willing to develop and grow within the company, develop and/or enhance leadership skills, being communicative, able to cope in changing environment, proactive, pragmatic and people-oriented.
Preferred experience
TA experience either from the studies/research and/or preferably from the pharma industry with relevant customer knowledge
Clinical experience and expertise in the TA
Ideally previous experience implementing digital solutions
Involve in evidence generation projects including RWE
