About the role
As Nordic Business Knowledge Manager you will report directly to the Nordic General Manager. This is a broad and operational role, in which you will lead and implement the Nordic projects within Business Support, Process Management, Customer Focus and Field Force Effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
BUSINESS ANALYSIS/REPORTING to support the strategy execution defined by the BU:s:
o Monitor the sales monthly sales performance and measure strategy execution
o Analyze external market data
o Develop the analysis reporting, interpret the outcomes and provide relevant recommendations to support to BU teams.
o Support and actively contribute to monthly business review preparation
o Provide strategic input into portfolio planning and optimization of resources
o Competitive Intelligence activities
o Contribute to the affiliate strategic planning process management, providing
strategic insights and analytical support
o Provide support during planning process, through data management and sales
o Support Business Development evaluations and the Marketing Plan
o Plan, prepare and follow through with the implementing a new, global CRM system
o Develop & revise a tailor-made segmentation & testing
o Define, implement and manage customer insights projects
FIELD FORCE EFFECTIVENESS
o Develop incentive plans and track their achievement, closely collaborating with BUDs, HR, Region and HQ
o Measure and report Sales Force Effectiveness on quarterly basis
o Participation in international teams and meetings related to Business excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness
Education and Experiences:
You have a university degree and life science background, together with a
few years of experience from similar positions and/or tasks.
Since you will collaborate with virtually all functions of the company, it is of great importance that you have good people skills and are a strong networker and relationship builder. Customer focus and service mindedness are keywords in your professional acumen. You have a structured way of working and strong analytical capabilities. You excel in Excel and enjoy preparing visually attractive and pedagogical Power Point presentations. With many important projects to lead it is key that you have the ability to prioritize the most important and that you get things done in an efficient manner.
The position as Nordic Business Knowledge Manager can be based either at the Chiesi Nordic head office in central Stockholm or elsewhere in the Nordic region at a location with good public
transportation. The position involves limited travelling in the Nordics as well as internationally, plus at least one day a week at the Stockholm office. We thus welcome applicants from around the Nordic countries.
