Nordic Product Manager Breast Cancer
We are now looking for you to come and join the Oncology Marketing team in Pierre Fabre Pharma Nordics, a progressive entrepreneurial and fast growing operation. You will be able to influence as an important player in a team with challenging tasks and a portfolio in launch phase.
About the role
Organize intelligence on the competition
Consolidate and communicate the specific characteristics of the market that are relevant for international competitive intelligence and the development of new products to the relevant head office departments.
Based on a market analysis and in collaboration with Nordic Marketing Lead, local cross functional team and head office’s Marketing teams, prepare and propose a country-specific strategy for all relevant products.
Working with Nordic Marketing lead and local cross functional team, organize the launch of new products and optimize the portfolio of existing products in accordance with quantitative objectives (growth and profitability) and qualitative objectives negotiated with local Senior Management.
Ensure the strategy defined for the Brand is applied.
Validate sales and promotional action proposals and ensure they are applied.
Propose actions to prepare for changes in distribution and its needs.
Communicate the Brand strategy to the sales networks so that it is put into action in the field.
Create activities and material supporting brand strategy
Together with Marketing lead, organize and monitor the implementation of tactics for CFT (sales, medical, training, consultants, merchandising, etc.) required to achieve the objectives.
Consolidate the sales forecasts, budgets and forecasted operating statements.
Monitor performance (sales & activities)
Ensure the budget is complied with (sales + margin).
Supervise and monitor profitability by product and by range.
Monitor the sales progression indicators and ensure actions are taken to continue growth or implement corrective actions, as applicable.
You are most likely a person with a professional background in marketing roles and specialty care within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge in and experience from the oncology area is not a requirement but of course desirable.
As a person you are self-driving and accountable with social skills and strong ability to build networks and confidence. You are pro-active, analytical, structured and pragmatic. You have high ambitions, a will to innovate and to continuously develop your ways of working. You like to combine strategic with operational tasks. You speak Swedish or another Scandinavian language fluently.
