On behalf of our client Chiesi, a rapidly growing family-owned European pharmaceutical company with in-house research & development in the Nordic region, we are now searching for a Public Affairs and External Communications Manager Nordics to a newly established position.
About the role
As Public Affairs and External Communications Manager Nordics you will be responsible for building the public affairs and external communications function.
In this role you will be responsible for directing the public affairs agenda and work for the Nordic affiliate and its General. You will drive policies and work in close collaboration with medical, market access, business units and the general manager.
You will report directly to the Nordic GM and represent the Nordic affiliate in the global teams of public affairs and external communications respectively.
You are most likely a person with a professional background from similar roles within either the pharmaceutical industry, relevant interest organisations, communication and public affairs agencies or from politics (e g the Department of Health).
As a person you are self-driving and accountable with social skills and strong ability to build networks and confidence. You are pro-active, enterprising and pragmatic. You have high ambitions, a will to innovate and to continuously develop your ways of working. You like to combine strategic with operational tasks. You speak Swedish or another Scandinavian language fluently.
The position as Public Affairs and External Communications Manager Nordics is based at the Chiesi Nordic head office in central Stockholm and involves some travelling in the Nordics as well as internationally.
