Team Manager License Coordination

On behalf of UMC, H&P Search & Interim is now looking for a Team Manager License Coordination to drive process improvements and best practices within administration and customer satisfaction, as the commercial part of UMC continues to grow and support its non-profit operations. This is a full-time position based in the heart of Uppsala, Sweden and requires you to be a EU/EES/Switzerland citizen.

Your role

You will help UMC achieve its business goals and objectives and secure funding by maximising customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement of working methods and processes. This includes helping customers with contracts and agreements, invoicing, general administration and support. You will also maintain and develop administrative processes, control functions, data handling and client management for the License Coordination Team.

Key responsibilities

Your tasks include developing and implementing the License Coordination Team’s strategic plan, managing and leading the License Coordination Team, and making sure that annual team targets and individual goals are met. You will identify and implement improvements to work processes with input from customers and relevant stakeholders. You will create a positive and open work culture that encourages collaboration between departments. Furthermore, as team manager you will have a hands-on role in day-to-day operations, providing inspiration and motivation.

Who are you?

The successful candidate has an academic degree in business administration, law or equivalent and at least five years’ experience from working with various business and IT system processes, agreements and customer service. You have experience of change management and implementing improvements as well as previous management and leadership experience. You have an excellent command of Swedish and English. Experience in the life science industry as well as working with Visma Business would be an advantage.

You are a team player and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and functions, both internally and externally. Your commitment and dedication inspires loyalty in others.
