On behalf of our client Medac Nordics, we are now searching for the right person for a new position as Field Product Manager within Autoimmune with focus on reumatology and dermatology. This is an exciting career opportunity for a successful Key Account Manager with experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You will be a key player in a brand team where collaboration and teamwork is of high importance.

Essential for the role

  • As Field Product Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementation and follow-up of own activities aimed at customers in southern and western Sweden.
  • The job will be to represent and promote as well as training of Medac`s products within the autoimmune field. Customers will mainly be specialists and nurses in hospitals and private clinics.
  • Be an important part of the team and participate in developing business plans, creating strategies and tactics.
  • Be the preferred partner with HCP´s by initiate and develop valuable projects.
  • Strong collaboration with the Field Product Managers in Denmark and Norway within Autoimmune.
  • Analyze and use sales and competitor data in the Swedish market.
  • Work from home office and be affiliated with Medac’s Nordics head office in Malmö.
  • Participate in workshops and congresses, in Sweden, in Nordic and also internationally.
  • The position reports to Director of Sales Scandinavia.

The ideal candidate has

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position or as KAM within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience from the autoimmune field eg within reumatology, dermatology or gastroenterology
  • Experience from working cross-functionally, preferably in Scandinavian markets.
  • Relevant educational background – nurse, pharmacist or alternatively a business degree or similar.
  • LIF diploma/competence.
  • Track record of sales excellence, project management and creative marketing experience.
  • Solid understanding of the Swedish health care system and hospital segment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Good IT skills in MS Office
  • Preferably lives in the western/southern area of Sweden.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and used to training and selling complex medical products.
  • Enjoys travelling, customer visits, establishing new contacts and developing long lasting relationsships.
  • Team player with entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • Good analytical skills, possess the ability to work effectively, both alone and in a collaborative team environment also within tight time frames with responsibility of several parallel projects.
