National Key Account Manager Speciality Care – Nephrology/Anemia

As National Key Account Manager Speciality Care – Nephrology/Anemia, you will be supporting the launch of a potential new GSK medication within nephrology/anemia, delivering tactical sales and activity goals, including the promotion and organisation of GSK’s customer education programme. You will work in collaboration with cross functional teams- Business Unit Head, Medical, Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist and Market Access colleagues, deliver on the regional/national sales and development plan. You will drive the external environment impacting the current and future market in renal diseases and ensure engagement with relevant stakeholders. 

In this role you will…

  • Create and execute high quality Account Plans with detailed HCP omnichannel plans, leading the X-functional team to deliver on, follow up and measure the agreed customer activities and collaboration projects
  •  Sell nominated GSK brand in line with sales strategy to targeted key customers, using GSK selling model – use omni channels (including 1:1 meeting, group meetings, digitals) to execute on customer engagement plan. Role is 80% external, engagement own customers/external meetings
  • Establish, maintain, and manage relations with key decision makers (EEs, etc) to ensure optimal access for GSK brands. Gain insights to develop commercial opportunities accordingly. Understand payer and access environment and opportunities
  • Prepare and lead a monthly performance review with manager on sales performance and agreed performance indicator. Conclude and propose on areas to improve to optimize account/regional performance
  • Analyse the competitive activities & environment systematically in order to facilitate the company activities targeted at competition / competitiveness
  • Report day-to-day KPIs in the GSK CRM system

Why you? 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree on relevant field (Science, Medical or Commercial)
  • Authorized Sales representative (LIF)
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar position within Pharma industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and experience from given Therapy Area is preferred but not manatory
  • Substantial knowledge & experience within specialist care is preferred
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare system
  • Proven selling skills with a strong sales track record from specialist selling
  • Strong proven track record of account management
  • Flexible thinking and oriented to continuous improvement and driving changes across cross functional stakeholders – able to interact and build strong and credible relationships at all levels
  • Innovative mindset, willing to challenge the status-quo
  • Strong and tangible drive for results, demonstrating a sense of urgency and accountability for achievement
  • Effective communicator with a track record of influencing both within a team but also cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of relevant systems (eg CRM (Veeva) and other admin tools (Concur) etc) to facilitate effective internal reporting and execution of processes
  • Analytical skills and business acumen to identify and resolve key business issues
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of the national and regional healthcare systems and the key influence points in these networks
